What is a Snell?
What is an element?

An element is any item which is added to your Snell. Right now that's either an image or text box.

How does the image upload limit work?

File sizes of image uploads are restricted depending on your plan.

Can I hotlink to external images?

Yes you can, and they are not restricted in file size. You can link to any externally hosted image regrdless of plan.

Are there limits to the Snell canvas size?

No, your Snell can be as long or wide as you want. There are no limits.

How do I upgrade my account?

If you reach your limit, you will be prompted in app.

If you want to upgrade prior to reaching your limit, go to the app dashboard, click on the "Account" menu, then click on your plan.

How do I downgrade my account?

You will need to ensure you qualify for the lower plan. This might require you to delete some Snells before the option to downgrade becomes available.

Is there a mobile app - does this work on mobile?

While you may be able to view your Snells on a mobile phone, the editor was designed for use with a laptop or desktop.

There are no plans for a mobile app at this time.
